New Westminster breaks ground on Ecole Qayqayt (pronounced "Kay-Kite") just 2 blocks from Northbank's location. Construction of the elementary school and
Northbank are just a couple months part.

Construction is well underway. The first level of parking is now complete (see photo gallery where even from this level you would have water views... residences start 4 floors higher). Sweet views are a given at Northbank.
