The building has been transformed into a dynamic and contemporary loft residence by infilling the iconic precast piers with expansive windows and subtle highlights of colour. One of the most interesting features of the retrofit is the creation of a double-height lobby that virtually plumes skyward supported by finger-like concrete columns that band the buildings' exterior.
