The Duchesneau, is a condominium project that consists with the existing urban fabric, totaling fifteen in five triplex condos. Each triplex was treated architecturally to fit into a housing complex homogeneous. The building is oriented to promote the sunshine of living areas located on the opposite side of the street, contributing to the welfare and tranquility of its occupants. Contemporary in style, simple lines set the tone, promotes harmony and consistency in the housing complex.
