Building will be faced with masonry on the front facade, vinyl siding on the rest
Roofing: 45 year asphalt shingles
Front porch and rear deck: the porch and deck will have PT lumber framing and cedar decking and trims
Garage door: Garaga four-rise steel door paint grade
INTERIOR FINISHES
Interior trim - interior casings shall be 3" inch medium density fibreboard (MDF) pre-primed
Stairs - Stairs are to be carpeted as part of carpet allowance
Railings and Spindles - Stair railings shall be colonial spindles and handrails stained to match the hardwood on the main floor
Carpet - Shall be installed in all finished areas of the basement, stairs, and upper floors, except areas that are tiled. Supply and installation is subject to an allowance
Ceramic tile -To be chosen by the owners and is subject to an allowance
Hardwood - Shall be chosen by the owners from the builder's supplier and is subject to an allowance
Priming/Painting - All wall and ceiling surfaces are to be primed either with a white or tinted primer or a self-priming latex finish coat product
