With an ideal location at the highest point in Surrey City Centre with panoramic views in every direction, Holland Pointe is at the urban edge of the city centre near shopping, schools and parks.

Holland Pointe is adjacent to Holland Park, across from the King George SkyTrain station, blocks from the new City Hall and Public Library, and within walking distance to Surrey Memorial Hospital, the new RCMP headquarters, and Simon Fraser University.

The three towers are designed at differing heights and to support a varied number of housing types, including single- and multi-family apartments and condomiums, as well as a rich mix of retail suites, office areas and commercial spaces.
