Brian is an agent who is probably selling units in this condo, so keep that in mind. We purchased a unit in this condo and did some research. Here is what you need to know:
South facing units have been in the most demand, 06 and 07 have sold out the fastest. They have decent floorplans aswell. If you are buying a south facing unit, please consider the fact that there is a very wide Maritime building which will be blocking your view atleast uptil the 30th floor or above. The south view is fantastic if you can clear that building with the lake and the financial district in sight. Please consider the floorplans aswell, north facing units are facing dundas square but the view towards the east of the building is pretty boring. Subway is just a min away, in fact I heard they might be making an underground connection since the subway is just steps away from the building, not 100% sure though so please do your research.
