Hi everybody! First, i wanted to tell you all that i'm very happy to have found you! But i was trying to add a project that isn't on it yet, but it doesn't work... i've filled up the form, clicked on save, but nothing's happening, not even an error message to tell me what's wrong.

Help me? Please?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. In order to add a project, the following (essential) information must be filled in...
-Development name
-Project type
-Address
-Construction/selling status
Can you double check that all these fields are filled in? If so, please click "Save Changes" and the project will be verified by our research team before approval.

Selling Status (Sub-categories; Selling, Reg. Phase and Pending). Can you please provide a definition for the three sub-categories note above?

Hi David,

Here are the definitions for the different forms of selling status...

Pending: Project is in the development application process with the respective municipality (seeking approvals, going through designs), and does not currently have any marketing materials available.

Registration Phase: Developer has actively started marketing the project, but has not started sales (taking registrations to gauge interest in the project)

Selling: Project has began sales to the public.
