Angus Glen West Village - Is Kylemore releasing other phases of this project? Why such high prices?

Does anyone know if Kylemore will be releasing any additional phases of their west village project? Is pricing still expected to go up? I think prices for detached homes in the development have increased by almost 50% in the past 2 years. This seems a bit steep. Has anyone bought recently?

Hi Giovanni,
Just received an update about this project; there are still current lots available for sale at West Village (60', 50', 35', 43' and custom lots). Kylemore will have a new release at West Village this summer which will consist of 29 lots, at 50', 35' and 43'.
As well, they are now gearing up for the second phase of The 6th Angus Glen, which you can follow here - http://www.buzzbuzzhome.com/the-6th-angus-glen-phase-2.

Thank you Ryan. I will follow updates on the project on your site and on the Kylemore site. I am not interested in condos up there so the 6th is not something I will follow. Do you have any updates on pricing? Thanks, Giovanni

As far as I know, pricing has not been released for the new phase. If you use the "Request More Information" box on the right side of the West Village page on BuzzBuzzHome, you can send a message to the sales centre directly.
