Which new Ottawa Condo project is the best investment for cash flow?

As most of you know, Ottawa is becoming a great place to invest for cash flow properties including new condos. There are 3 major projects under construction or in pre-sales right now. Which do you think will provide the best cash flow both short/medium term?

> SoBa Condos >
> Hideaway Lofts >

Also, what do you think of the investment opportunity for Gotham and SoBa through Fortress Real Capital? They are marketing 12% annual return over 3 years for investment $40,000 or more. In addition to SoBa, they also have similar investment vehicles for Brant Park, King Charlotte and Langston Hall.

Very great selection as an Ottawa Realtor you really cant go wrong on any one of these new projects.
Only concern is that SoBa is not officially approved by the city so hopefully the design and height remains exactly as planned other wise this could hurt the bottom line on your investment/ projected return of 36% over 3 years they are claiming. However with Lamb Developments and Fortress I would say it should be good!
SoBa and Hideaway are both right off Bank Street close the 417 and loads of downtown shopping and transit although Gotham will be closer to the future LRT project making it a great location for those looking to take rail to get arround the cities core.
