Why use Recruiters for your projects?

Well, Recruiters have the ability to spend the amount of time needed to source high caliber candidates. That's all we do.
We allow companies to allocate their valuable time to the project at hand while we source, pre-register, interview and reference check candidates.
Even companies with HR departments find that having another set of "eyes" out there sourcing is beneficial. Keep in mind that the HR department is responsible for many things other than recruiting.
