They will all sell out fast. In the Toronto market, it is impossible to tell which one first because. a) the builders will hold back product. B) the builders will all go for more height, and have more units to sell. C) every builder these days says that they are 70 to 90% sold even if they haven't moved anything. D) most builders will basically sell to a level of pre-construction from the VIP agents.
