It'll be close. North Vancouver - and especially the Lonsdale area - is very active right now. Although things have flattened somewhat in Greater Vancouver overall, areas like Lonsdale (which easy access to downtown) are very popular with first time buyers and empty nesters looking for good value and all the great amenities that the area has to offer. All 3 have terrific architecture to boot!
