Great new location, right across from the Sutton Place Hotel but where is the restaurant going?

This site was bought by another developer who had planed on building Hotel and Residences on this site. I believe it was 44 storey building plan.
Last year in summer people at 1001 Bay St. protested and signed petition against this plan as 1001 Bay St is 36 Storey high building. They wanted this condo project to be less then 36 storey. After few months the municipality sign for the proposed condominium on this parking lot was gone.

- 32 storeys
- 355 residential units
- 4 floors belw grade for parking....
...I wonder if they can actually pull this off foe September?
