I am going to hold off judgement on this rendering until I see more images, and information on the project. There is something "lofty" about it that I like. Then again, I like real conversation.
Also, it is a huge floorplate. Is there a courtyard, or something?

I've said it before and I'll say it again...looks very similar to an ikea building! Looks better vacant, wonder how the Printing Factory residents feel about it?

Utter disaster. Should be called Jaundice Lofts.
What a waste of an incredible lot.
Massing is all wrong, cladding is all wrong. Live in the nabe, drive by this lot everyday on my way to the gym and
had high hopes for this.

Showcase Lofts just tweeted that due to the poor reaction, they have redesigned the exterior of the building.
They say: "You spoke we listened! We've redesigned the exterior of our building. Details in the coming days! #Leslieville #Torontocondos"
