Hi there - has anyone heard anything about this condo project?

They are opening their sales centre on March 2, 2013 - first come first serve.
Just a feedback on the condo site. I went the first day and the lineup was unbeliavable, so I drove in and out. I went the following week and there was hardly anyone there. The sales service was non existant so I grabbed a brochure and looked around. My personal belief is that the prices are way too high, hence the units that are still available for sale. I compared it to the complex going up in Oakville at Trafalgar Road and Dundas and this development in Burlington is about $40-$50,000 more per unit then the Oakville ones. I am going to wait to see what kind of insentives they will have to sell off the rest of the units.
