The project at Beckett's Farm ( Kennedy & 16th ) by four builders are underway. They have a preview week that allows consumers to view the home plans and then they register online for a buying appointment. This eliminates lineups outside the sales center.
I was considering buying an investment property; however, the asking prices are high. A linked townhouse ( 1,450 sq ft ) starts at $ 500,000. Is this the current market price ( $ 330 per sq ft ) ?????????? Or is it because this development is the last major open land in Unionville ?
