Favourite resale buildings in Toronto

I had such luck discovering realtors' favourite new projects on the forum that I wanted to pose the same question of resale buildings too.

What are your favourite resale buildings in Toronto and why? These could include your favourites in any price range and also ones that are your 'go-tos' for the average buyer.

I've heard Candy Factory Lofts mentioned more than a few times - what's the price range of this one? I love that building too.

Domus, in my opinion, is the best resale condo in the city.
Amazing location. Interesting design. Fantastic builder.
Not too sure about price-ranges, but I'd guess from $500k to $4m.

Interesting that you'd pick a 10 year old condo in Yorkville. Nice building though and Diamante is a good builder. You're right re: prices, there is quite a range and that's about right.
I'd say the Broadview Lofts (68 Broadview) at Queen and Broadview is the best. Most west facing units phenomenal City Skyline views and a lot of the units have the hard loft features people dream of. Price aren't outrageous either. You can get entry level one bedroom with parking for low $400's.
Sorbara Group did a great job maintaining the original features within the common areas and of course the location is second to none.
