Metro Vancouver's housing market is on fire! (a good fire).
Over the weekend there was an article in the Vancouver Sun that had the following statistics:
- Metro Vancouver saw 4,080 sales in March
- This is a 31.7% increase as compared with February's 3,097 sales
- This is also a 30.1% increase from the 3,137 sales from March 2010
- This is the third highest for any March on record!
