@Amarbir, sounds like an interesting question, and I LOVE pizza, however do you have any further information such as a location or an address of the plaza?

How about City Place area? Check out the competition first though, but that area is dying for good restaurants. Is your pizza gonna be that blah no name stuff--like 2-4-1 pizza or a healthier, gourmet style?

The Yorkville area could use a good gourmet style, FAST/PICKUP pizza place. I don't know of any plaza's with vacancies in the area, but it has a large evening crowd, late-night crowd, residential crowd, and mid-day office crowd. A+.

As a previous owner of a sub franchise I can tell you one thing:
"FORGET ABOUT IT"
Don't make that mistake, slaving away 18 hours a week with nothing to show for. it's not worth it.
my $0.02

subway sucks, and is very unhealthy. why not something funkier, more original?
if you really insist on a franchise, i think downtown has enough subway joints. the smell from them makes me sick.
new york subway, otoh, is fantastic!
