Heavy wind, Heavy rain slowing sales? Thoughts?

When it's Raining and Windy people tend to just want to curl up in their home and not do anything like go out and see homes. Well I find that with me I have to forcefully drag my self out of my bed.
People cancel showings or no call on listings happen but what I found that even in this weather we can take it to our advantage. With staying at home cooped up all day, people start browsing the net a lot more (my views per page spike up) so this I find gives me the opportunity to network, up-date my content, build an audience and eventually set an appointment. If they are on the computer browsing all day we should be on the net giving them what they ask for.

The don't need to go and see the homes when the weather is poor... They can do their homework online and view new homes (complete with pics, floor plans, videos, etc). Then when the weather clears up, they can go and view those properties "in the flesh".
