Most obnoxious real estate ad campaigns

buzzfeed anointed New York's douchiest (their words!) real estate ad campaigns:

I... actually don't mind the Brooklyn Bridge Park one so much? Or rather, I think it's more saucy than obnoxious, although YMMV.

I actually like the @Lamb Development Corp. ads. Yes, they are very strange, and out there. But, they are not offensive. They get him a lot of publicity, without making the world hate him.

I also think that anyone who is willing to paste their head on a Lamb's body deserves some kind of credit for having a sense of humour!

@Matthew Slutsky @Kelsey Blair  yeah, I don't think that Lamb's ads are offensive, unlike, say, this one from Burnham Pointe in Chicago:

@Brennan Valenzuela that Rich Will Wanket ad just plumbed new depths of creepitude. And offering to show your birth certificate in an ad doesn't exactly inspire confidence. He could take a lesson in class from Mr. Punch Sockalingam above.

Everything about the new Re/Max website re-launch video is just absurb:

http://youtu.be/t4Jeet21ZL0

I don't even know where to start with it. Maybe the "hipster" guy? the fact they are walking in one spot? the cartoon theme? Everything is just wrong.

@Joyce Chen, here is an article on why people hate the word "moist":

http://www.good.is/posts/why-do-we-hate-the-word-moist/

And, here is an other awful Realtor ad, from Toronto:

JOYCE CHEN

@Matthew Slutsky thanks for the article! I actually don't have such a negative reaction to the word "moist" itself; any of its synonyms would also sound wrong coupled with "Realtors"...

Damp Realtors
Wet Realtors
Soaked Realtors
Drenched Realtors
Soggy Realtors
