Why is Arizona better than Florida or California?

Why is AZ better than FL or CA. Well, I have lived in CA through the North Ridge and Oakland quake. The San Andreas Fault will go. It's a matter of time. When it goes, the Cascadian Fault will go.Florida has too many "imported snakes" and alligators. I feel safer in the AZ Mountains.
