Project Summary

From the builder; This forty-three storey, 372 unit, condominium development located in the heart of Vancouver’s Entertainment District, is being developed in conjunction with Wall Financial Corporation. This striking curved structure will be completed in the spring of 2011. This project will include an expanded Orpheum Theatre, a new rehearsal hall for the Vancouver Symphony and a School for Musical Excellence where members of the Symphony will teach music. Macdonald conceived of this project after working closely with the Vancouver Symphony Society to assist in their operations and economic platform.
