Can someone recommend a resale Real Estate agent for investment purposes?

Hi there,

I know this amazing site is visited by many good RE agents but at this time I am looking for people who are not RE agents that can recommend a good RE agent with expertise in resale properties for investment.

I am considering investing in a property in the GTA, possibly a condo, that can bring some positive cash flow (or at least not a negative cash flow) in an area that can experience strong appreciation.

If you have spent much time on the forums, you will have seen that they have a wealth of experience and opinions.

Thanks @Matthew. @TalkCondo seems to specialize in preconstruction condos only.
I feel there is a lot of speculation in preconstruction condos now. Prices are not what they used to be before when they were significantly lower than resale and it was almost guaranteed that you were going to make money. Don't think that is the case any more.
I am looking for someone that is very strong in resale investment properties. Condos is an option but I am open to other types of housing.

I'll throw myself in the ring. I've invested for 6 years before becoming a realtor. I have spreadsheets, analysis tools and research up the wazoo. I also understand how what "cash flow" really means.
Additionally I have experience doing high end short term rentals for tenants that pay substantially higher than normal

If you can't get a hold of Brian Persaud you can always try this other guy named Brian Prashad. Thats me!! Confused? Don't be we are 2 completely different people just with similar names. I have been in the sales side of the business for 6+ years and have personally invested in condos, duplexes and triplexes in Central Toronto so I know all the ins and outs of being a Real Estate investor from getting my hands dirty. I think your a smart dude and agree with much of your thinking regarding pre-con condos that's why I personally am loving bungalows now but there are also some good deals on resale condos just gotta pick the right ones which is where I can help.
