Was speaking to a PSR sales rep a few months ago about this. She mentioned that it will be a 10 building development. Can't imagine how 10 bldgs will fit on that lot but will be interesting to see how it plays out.

Seems like a small site for 10 buildings. Maybe they meant 10 storeys?

No she was pretty clear about it being 10 separate structures. I'm not sure how that's going to work but will be interesting too see.
