The problem is - all of these projects "sound" great but we can't really evaluate them until we know the specifics (price, deposit structure etc. etc.). For all of the above mentioned projects, all we know is: Developer and location - we can only speculate which will be hot until we get the specifics - and then by the time that you have evaluated whether it's a good option or not, then chances are you're already too late.
Take PACE for example, great builder (Great Gulf) but the location isn't exactly prime. However, they priced very aggressively and within a few weeks are approximately 90% sold. If you asked me 3-4 months ago, PACE likely wouldn't have been the top of the list - but because of the price and incentives, it was too good to ignore.
It's fun to look ahead, but to ask "which will be the best investment" without knowing the prices/deposits/incentives is impossible to say.
