Do you let your dogs pee / poop on your condo balcony?

Hello condo owners,

I always wondered this: Do you take your dogs outside when they have to pee / poop, or do you just let them out on to your balcony to do their business?

Or, did you do some incredible training??

Is there a condo etiquette out there?

I used to let him go like once a week but realized it's a bad idea for obvious reasons. Going outside is brutal in this weather but it is really the best way to go!
