Is Toronto's price per square foot for condos out of whack on an international scale?

Toronto's price per square foot for condos looks very fair when comparing against the international stage.

All those other cities are wold class cities. I don't consider Toronto to be a world class city. In addition, I think there are just more people with money in those cities.

Example: bilionaires per capita: New York City - 70 Toronto - 5.

I would say that being between Sydney and Miami sounds just about right. I totally agree, regarding NYC, but we are placed well below NYC.

On a non World-Class City discussion:

According to Wiki, Sydney has a population density of 380/km2
According to StatsCan, Toronto has a population density of 945.4/km2

I loved the PwC city comparison tool from 2012 - really great to see these factors and awesome to see Toronto punching above its weight. In my opinion Toronto might not have Sydney's cache as a farflung, sunny metropolitan paradise, but it's at least on the same level of global city status, if not more.
