Which condo development names makes you cringe the most?

There are some...interesting names out there for new developments. Which ones are the most absurd or try too hard to stand out?

For me it's E Condos..... Could we get any less creative??!?!?! I'm going to launch a new condo project and call is ABC Condos.

Any development named after another city.
And Love Condos -- we're not in the 70's.

@Gord Smart you have no idea how much I wish this was the way it was done in Toronto. It makes it simpler down the road as well, when people are looking at resale units. "Hey did you see the unit at [fill in the street name and number". Not "hey remember that condo project E Condos.... There is a great one bedroom for sale."

It's pretty sad when condo developments have to rely so heavily on marketing and over-done branding -- often it's almost as important as the design of the building.
It's often an attempt to bring some flash and mystique to an otherwise mediocre condo building.

I would be pretty annoyed and turned off if I had to come home everyday to be greeted and reminded of the stupid name of the place I live. I do not live in a trendy store or a night club!

Coming from Korea, there are really ridiculous names out there that will make me cringe: Tower Palace, Lotte Castle, Royal County, and Tra-Palace.

North End Collective does not really provide any value as a name.
