BuzzBuzzHome is a map based interactive listing of new home developments in Toronto,
Calgary and Vancouver. We also provide additional online resources and tools for
consumers searching for new construction homes, and performing due diligence on
potential real-state purchases. Please visit our About us

Beta means that BuzzBuzzHome is still being improved and tested. It also means that
we are greatly appreciative of user feedback as we are still fine tuning the site.

Where do BuzzBuzzHome development listings come from?
|
|
BuzzBuzzHome listings come from our team of trained and dedicated researchers. BuzzBuzzHome
researchers, or 'Buzzers' as we like to call them, spend day and night acquiring
and verifying our listing data. Additional listing data comes from the developers
themselves who upload and monitor their development info.

Why do some homes/developments provide more information than others?
|
|
Some BuzzBuzzHome Listings are updated by the developers themselves - these ones
contain more complete listing information. The others are compiled by our team of
researchers aka 'Buzzers' - these ones contain less information but are still accurate
and up to date.

What is the share icon all about?
|
|
The 'Share' icon provides you with a quick way to share or email a development listing.
You can use the share button to quickly send a listing to a friend, post it to your
Facebook page, or even Twitter about it. Try it out and you'll see how easy it is
to use.

How do I access my account?
|
|
You can access your account by simply clicking on your name on the top right of
page after you login.

You can login by clicking the 'login' icon on the top right of any page on the site.

How do I create an account?
|
|
It is not necessary to create an account in order to use BuzzBuzzHome. However,
by creating an account you are able to access the 'track' feature and save developments
and search criteria for later viewing.

How do I see my account information?
|
|
You can see your account information by clicking your name at the top of any page.
You must first login in order to access your account.

What is tracking?
|
|
Tracking is a feature by which you can save a particular listing and/or search.
In order to 'track' a listing just click the 'track' icon within any development
box and that development listing will be added to your 'tracked' developments. To
save your search criteria just click the 'track' icon on the top right of the map
page and your current search criteria will be tracked.

Where are my tracked properties located?
|
|
Your tracked properties are located with the 'my account' page. You can access this
page by clicking on your name on the top right of page after logging in.
|
|
How do I search for a new home?
|
|
To search for a new home development simply use the search box to enter the name
of the development, developer, city or neighbourhood you are looking for and then
click search. Alternatively, you can use the map to search by either clicking on
neighbourhood icons or just dragging the map to where you would like to look.

How do I refine or narrow my search?
|
|
BuzzBuzzHome allows you to refine your search by price, maintenance fees, type of
development (condo, house, townhouse) and status of development (pre-construction,
construction, complete). In order to the use the refinement feature just click the
icons at the top of map and then click 'search'. You can then save your search criteria
by clicking 'track' to the right of the search bar.

How do I save a home for viewing later?

In order to 'track' a listing just click the 'track' icon within any development
box and that development will be added to your 'tracked' developments.

is a Micro-Site?
|
|
A BuzzBuzzHome micro-site refers to the complete listing information that is provided
within sponsored listings. This includes a company logo, interior and exterior renderings,
unit layouts, complete contact details many more features that make sponsored listings
more attractive to potential purchases.

How
do I update my listing information?
|
|
Updating the information about your development is as easy as pie. Simply login
to your account, click on the development you would like to edit and then just fill
in the boxes and upload images when asked.
|

What
can I do about a mistake in a development's listing?
|
You have two options:
1. You may contact BuzzBuzzHome by email at info@buzzbuzzhome.com and we will quickly
review and correct any inaccuracies where required.
2. You may login to your developments page and make the modifications yourself,
if you are the sponsor of the development.

What
can I do about error messages?
|
|
Should you receive an error message please let us know and we will fix the issue
