TRIPLE-GLAZED WINDOWS
The floor-to-ceiling windows comprise three panes of low-iron glass separated by two internal air spaces that minimize outside noise and maintain thermal comfort indoors.
AMERICAN OAK FLOORS
The hand-stained floors are crafted from solid ¾-inch (1.9cm) thick oak with traditional tongue and groove detailing.
KITCHEN
The architect's expert touch comprises lighting designs and fully bespoke kitchens.
DORNBRACHT FITTINGS
Polished nickel-plated fixtures crafted in Germany by acclaimed manufacturer Dornbracht include a pullout spray hose. Dornbracht’s superior engineering of levers and valves ensures faultless operation.
WHITE CARRARA MARBLE
The kitchen’s luminous white countertops and backsplashes are crafted from polished statuary Carrara marble with bold silver-grey veining, quarried and finished in Italy.

Despont designed the spacious, impeccably detailed primary bathrooms as spa-like sanctuaries that invite relaxation and rejuvenation.
LOLLIPOP MIRROR
Thierry Despont designed the round polished-nickel vanity mirrors with integrated storage and LED perimeter lighting. The mirrors can be raised or lowered according to one’s height.
VERONA LIMESTONE
Italian-finished Verona limestone in a warm neutral tone distinguishes the primary bathroom’s floors and baseboards, vanity sink, and tub surround, as well as the integral shower seat.
